COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Detection Kit -- COV
The COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is a real-time RT-PCR test intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from the COVID-19 in upper and lower respiratory specimens collected from individuals who meet COVID-19 clinical and/or epidemiological criteria. Moreover, the use of 3 target, ORF 1ab, S-Gene and N-Gene can give more accurate results in time.
Results are for the identification of COVID-19 RNA. The COVID-19 RNA is generally detectable in upper and lower respiratory specimens during infection. Positive results are indicative of active infection with COVID-19 but do not rule out bacterial infection or co-infection with other viruses. The agent detected may not be the definite cause of disease.
